Burkett & Associates, LLC's iPad Mini 6th Generation Giveaway Official Rules

 

**1. Eligibility:**
Burkett & Associates, LLC (The Company) iPad Mini 6th Generation Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is open to legal residents of the Continental United States of America (excluding Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico) who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and their immediate family members or household members of Burkett & Associates, LLC are not eligible to participate.

 

**2. Giveaway Period:**
The Giveaway will occur from August 1, 2023, to October 31, 2024.

 

**3. Entry Method:**
To enter the Giveaway, participants must visit the official Giveaway page on the www.baacomm.com/freeipadmini website during the Giveaway period and complete the entry form with their valid email address and other required information.

 

**4. Bonus Entry:**
Participants may earn one (1) bonus entry by providing three (3) business names, valid email addresses, and phone numbers for referrals interested in entering the Giveaway. The referral must be made at the participant's initial entry. The participant will only receive a bonus entry if their referred individual enters the Giveaway.

 

**5. Drawing Dates:**
Three (3) random winners will be selected each month during the Giveaway period. The drawings will take place on the first Monday of the following month for August, September, and October 2024. The first drawing will be held on September 4, 2024.

 

**6. Winner Notification:**
Winners will be notified via the email address provided during entry within five (5) business days of the drawing date. The potential winners must respond to the notification and claim their prize within ten (10) days from the date of the email notification.

 

**7. Prize:**
Each winner will receive one (1) 64GB iPad Mini 6th Generation (Wi-Fi only). The non-transferable prize cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item.

**7A. Forfeiture Clause:**
If a potential winner fails to respond to the winner notification email or provides the required information to claim the prize within ten (10) days of the drawing date, they will forfeit the award, and an alternate winner will be selected. The alternate winner will be chosen randomly from the remaining eligible entries received during the Giveaway period. The same ten (10) day claim period will apply to the alternate winner. If the alternate winner also fails to claim the prize within the specified period, the prize will be deemed unclaimed and will not be awarded. The winner must be able to accept emails from Burkett & Assoc. LLC.

 

**8. Claiming the Prize:**

In the event that a prize remains unclaimed or is forfeited for any reason, Burkett & Associates, LLC may, at its sole discretion, decide whether to re-conduct the drawing to select another winner or retain the unclaimed prize for use in future promotions or giveaways.

 

The decision of Burkett & Associates LLC regarding the awarding of the prize and the selection of an alternate winner shall be final and binding on all participants. No correspondence or communication will be entertained in this regard.

 

Participants are encouraged to regularly check their email inbox, including spam or junk folders, during the claim period to ensure they receive and respond promptly to any winner notification.

By participating in the Giveaway, participants agree to abide by these forfeiture rules and acknowledge that the failure to claim the prize within the specified period will result in forfeiture and disqualification from receiving the prize.

 

**9. Shipping:**
The prize will be shipped to the winners at no cost. However, Burkett & Associates, LLC shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, or delay that occurs during shipping.

**10. Taxes:**
Winners will be solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes associated with the receipt of the prize.

 

**11. Publicity Release:**
By accepting the prize, the winners grant Burkett & Associates, LLC the right to use their name, likeness, and entry submission for promotional purposes without further compensation or consent.

 

**12. General Conditions:**
[Company Name] reserves the right to disqualify any participant found tampering with the entry process or violating these Official Rules. The company also reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if any issues beyond its control affect the fairness or proper conduct of the Giveaway.

 

**13. Limitation of Liability:**
By entering the Giveaway, participants agree to release and hold Burkett & Associates LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any liability, losses, damages, or injuries arising from their participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance and use of the prize.

 

**14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:**
The Giveaway and these Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Davidson County-Nashville, Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with the Giveaway shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Tennessee, Davidson-County-Nashville.

 

**15. Privacy:**
All personal information collected from participants will be used solely for administering the Giveaway and will be handled in accordance with Burkett & Associates' Privacy Policy.

 

**16. Winners List:**
For a list of winners, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to 4001 Anderson Road, Unit S-155, Nashville, TN 37217, with the subject line: "B&A iPad Mini Giveaway Winners List." Requests must be received within three (3) weeks after the end of the Giveaway period.
